About FirmNotes
FirmNotes is a notes and daily-task app that we run. It works in your browser. Your notes stay on your device, and you can choose to sync them to an account.
Accounts
An account is optional. It lets your notes sync across your devices. You must be at least 13 years old to create one, and the details you give must be accurate.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Your notes
You own what you write. We do not claim any rights to your notes, beyond what we need to store and sync them for you.
Notes stay on your device unless you sign in. Synced copies are kept on the servers of the providers listed in the Privacy Policy.
Backups
Settings lets you download a backup of every note, and a Markdown export. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Deleting a note removes it from synced copies at the next sync. We cannot restore a note that was deleted everywhere and never backed up.
Acceptable use
Do not use FirmNotes to break the law, to store illegal content, to attack or overload the service, or to try to reach another person's account.
The service
We work to keep FirmNotes running, but it may have downtime, bugs, or changes to features. We will tell you in the app about significant changes.
To the extent the law allows, FirmNotes is provided as it is, and we are not liable for lost data. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
Ending your account
You can stop using FirmNotes at any time, and sign out in Settings. To delete your account and the notes synced to it, email [email protected].
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without limiting consumer rights you have where you live. Contact: [email protected].
