Stored on your device first
Your notes live in your browser’s storage. The app works without a network, and nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to sync.
Sync when you want it
Sign in with your email and a password to sync your notes between devices. Signing in needs a connection. Without an account, the app runs fully offline.
Install it on your home screen
FirmNotes can be installed from your browser on phone and desktop, so it opens like an app.
The one limit to know
If you edit the same note on two devices while offline, the most recent edit wins and the older edit is replaced. Conflict copies are planned for a later version.
